If you liked hard hitting rock, then you’re in the right place. Suspects produce the type of music that hits you in the face and drives you crazy (in a good way). Their new single Armageddon And Me is an explosion of anger and the music video is our pick for the week.
The Southend duo are part of Cool Thing Records and have been receiving praise from the likes of Radio X and Kerrang! for their exhilarating punk rock sound. Armageddon And Me is a personal one and Thomas Prescott (one half of Suspects), explains in more detail below:
“The song is about going through life having to deal with anger. I compare my anger to
Armageddon itself. An armada of ferocious craziness inside my head that almost overwhelms me completely.”
The music video takes you on an intense ride. Prescott parades his “I am the working man” board as close range camera shots show the two of them in action. Overall, it’s three minutes well worth spending and you’ll be full of adrenaline afterwards.
Produced by Thomas Mitchener (Gallows, Young Guns, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes), Armageddon And Me has been captured in a chaotic, fuzzy way that allows every inch of edginess to cut through.
