We can’t wait for this year’s Village Green Festival. If you didn’t already know, it’s the 10th anniversary for Chalkwell Park’s finest event.

Thousands of people will attend Southend’s largest music festival on Saturday 13th July and for good reason. The line up is simply brilliant, with Busted taking the main headline slot. It’s made up of mainly local acts and whilst some of our favourites are not playing this year, we are still very excited.

Organised by the fantastic charity Metal, it’s set to be one of the best days of the year in South Essex. It’s not just music either with showcases for art, theatre, spoken word and more.
