ZELAH are back with an exciting new single and it’s highly motivating. Entitled ‘Adrenaline’, the London based alt-pop band have taken things to the next level with their latest release.
‘Adrenaline’ is the follow up to their previous single ‘Save Me’, which was extremely impressive. Their latest effort is full of atmospheric soundscapes, pulsing drums and plenty of intensity. The vocals are emotive, powerful and will have you engaged with ease. The verses are intriguing and where the tension builds before the band unleash a huge chorus that’s full of energy.
Lead singer Zelah Van-Gowler explains more about the new single below:
“I moved to London 2 years ago now and it really is true when people tell you that it’s a whole different pace of life. Sometimes you feel like you’re going at 1000 miles an hour and there’s no way of stopping. I think you end up either embracing this lifestyle or absolutely hating it, and I know that I’ve felt both at certain points. This song was an outlet for me to write about how it can feel, as truthfully, sometimes it can be a lonely and intimidating city, but then you’ll walk by or experience something here that’s just amazing and it reminds you of what an incredible place it actually is.”
ZELAH have been honing their sound at Strongroom Studios in London. The band work with Jake Murray to perfect their production and the results are sublime.
There has been a huge surge in up and coming alt-pop acts and we think ZELAH are one of the finest.
